Donna is an executive coach with The Leets Consortium, a global, corporate coaching firm. Donna takes pride in helping leaders achieve their goals and assisting them to be the best that they can be.
With 20 years of experience as Vice President, Donna provided HR leadership to Allergan’s R&D, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, and Corporate Center. She was the leader of the Global Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness team, providing executive development global leadership and management development programs. Donna led the annual succession planning process and presented succession plans and leadership development updates to the Allergan Board of Directors.
When Donna joined Allergan, annual sales were nearing $1 billion. Allergan became one of the highest market-cap companies in Orange County with annual sales growing to approximately $8 billion prior to its sale to Actavis in March of 2015. Resourcing the business with talent to grow the company and to deliver these results, then developing and coaching that talent, were significant business contributions.
Donna was a key advisor to executives and their teams. She developed a reputation for being an outstanding problem-solver, coach, and advisor to all levels of management, while also being an effective and trusted voice for employees. She did this by being candid, transparent, compassionate and committed to win-win outcomes. With a reputation for getting things done with great integrity, she built deep trust with her clients.
Donna has achieved success with three Fortune 500 companies, Allergan, Medtronic, and Tektronix, now a division of Danaher. She earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Education from Simon Fraser University, Canada. She completed her Executive Coaching certification with the College of Executive Coaching.
