Sandra Mashihi, Ph.D

Sandra Mashihi is an executive coach working in Southern California with The Leets Consortium, a global, corporate coaching firm.

Dr. Mashihi has over 12 years of experience coaching leaders to improve their behaviors in a way that has increased self-awareness, enhanced influence skills and credibility, and establish strategies to lead productive and collaborative teams. She has successfully worked with clients throughout industries to work effectively with their staff and motivate their teams. She has worked in industries such as healthcare, financial services, sales, entertainment and media. Some of her clients include Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA Medical School, Cisco, REVOLT Media Entertainment, Pixar, Keller Williams, Marriott, Remax Real Estate, Viking Cruises and Amgen.

Prior to her work as an executive coach, Sandra served as the Manager of Organizational Development at a national sales and financial firm, Marcus and Millichap. She is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, The California School of Professional Psychology, and other professional institutions where she teaches Leadership and Organizational Behavior for MBA and Doctoral students.

Her areas of expertise are leadership development, executive presence, stress management, team building, talent management, on-boarding, performance coaching and interpersonal relationships in the workplace.

Dr. Mashihi received her B.S. from University of California, Los Angeles and her M.S. and Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She has further developed her coaching skills at the Coaches Training Institute and Center for Creative Leadership.

She is certified in Firo-B, DiSC, SDI, NEO, Workplace Big 5, Facet & Hogan and has experience with a variety of 360-degree feedback tools to help leaders gain greater self-awareness and establish personal action plans for behavior change.
