Alandria Saifer is an organizational consultant and executive coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Irvine, California.

Landi has published numerous papers in the areas of stress, organizational change and ergonomics. She has also been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organization Development Network, American Psychological Association, American Academy of Forensic Sciences and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Landi received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, and completed her undergraduate work at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.
