Martin is an Executive Coach with The Leets Consortium, headquartered in Irvine, California.

Martin focuses primarily on working with leaders in the areas of executive presence, communicating and presenting skills, emotional intelligence and optimizing personal power.

With a deep interest in cognitive and neurosciences, Martin utilizes the latest research and state-of-the-art psychometrics to provide information and context to the executives he coaches to enable their improved performance. Martin helps executives ensure they engage all cerebral preferences along with the power of emotions (EQ) to improve professional presence, credibility and influence in working with others.

Martin is an adept business professional with 30 years of international experience in both corporate and operational roles. Prior to founding OpusVertex International, LLC he was working with Sony Pictures Entertainment as Senior Vice President of Leadership & Organization Development, based on the studio lot in Culver City, California. Before that, he served as Chief Learning Officer for The Apollo Education Group, one of the world's largest education companies.

Martin spent most of his career with Hilton Worldwide in a variety of operational and corporate roles, ultimately serving as the Chief Learning Officer for the company. He has travelled millions of miles facilitating executive and management team development and learning experiences in 30 countries.

While with Hilton Hotels Corporation, Martin was frequently loaned to other major corporations and both national and international associations to facilitate executive meetings and lead a wide variety of workshops designed to optimize team performance.

Martin was born in the United Kingdom, educated at Clifton College and then the University of Surrey, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Hotel & Catering Administration. He is also an Associate of the University of Surrey and has been a Governor of Clifton College since 2002. Martin is now a Citizen of the United States and also carries EU/UK and Canadian passports. Martin resides in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, California.
